- Bread (I use Ezekiel whole grain)
- Peanut Butter (preferably smooth, unless you’re weird and like chunky.)
- Cacao Nibs
- Coconut Flakes
- Honey (Manuka Honey is THE BEST and much better for you, but any honey works.)
Toast your bread and then put everything on it. No real order necessary.
